To convert your Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with Ford OEM Legs # C16520-16017, to a sliding 5th wheel, you will just need the Curt 5th Wheel Round Tube Slider for Ford Super Duty Towing Prep Package # C16020.
This slider will drop right into the factory pucks on your 2019 Ford F-350, and give you 12" of travel from front to back.
