Replacing Factory 7 Way On Nissan Pathfinder With Hopkins Endurance 7 And 4-Way Trailer Connector
Question:
Can I change out an existing 7pin connector for a combination 7pin and 4 oin connector? May have to make some room in the bumper for the larger piece. If I cant get the single piece dual connection type accessory. Does the 4 pin replace the factory installed 7 pin or somehow go along side it? Thanks,

Nice question, we definitely have what you need, see the linked item below:
**Hopkins Endurance Multi-Tow Twist-Mount 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector - Vehicle End # HM40920.
*Dielectric Grease for Electrical Connectors, 2 oz. # 11755.
I recommend using the Hopkins Endurance, it has a smaller profile than other 7/4 way connections and will replace your factory 7 way.
I recommend also using some dielectric grease to help weatherproof the connections and help prevent corrosion.
If for some oddball reason you couldn't get this to mount you can get connectors that will sit side by side, but this will work for you.
