I do have everything you need to replace the wiring and lights (if needed) on a gooseneck trailer but they don't offer any sort of kits for this as the lights will vary widely. I recommend starting with the wiring up front, the Trailer Wiring 7-Way Upgrade Kit part # HS381-9000. You can then run the wires from the junction box to the lights and brakes using the part # DW04906-1 by foot.

I have attached our light selection below as well if you want to replace these.

No, it does not matter which wire you use for the ground and which is used for power when wiring electric brakes. Each can be used for either purpose.
