Im looking for a hitch for my 2022 Ford Escape hybrid with foot activated hatch. Can you tell me if Item # C23FR will work for me? Thanks!

I just confirmed with Curt. Depending on which model of hybrid your 2022 Ford Escape is the Curt item # C23FR will fit. The hitch will fit the standard hybrid models, but it will not fit the PHEV, or plug-in models. I have linked an installation video.
If you need a wiring harness I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # TE54FR.
