Anti-Sway Bar Fit For 2009 Winnebago Sunova on Workhorse W18 Chassis
Question:
I have a 2009 Winnebago sunova workhorse W18 chassis. Pulling a 2021 ranger pickup. The pickup pushes the rear end considerably around corners and in the wind. Would suspension stabilizers help. If so what kind? Thanks

The best option to stabilize your 2009 Winnebago Sunova on a Workhorse W18 chassis are definitely anti-sway bars. These will engage and counteract the transferring of weight that occurs when you are turning and in windy conditions, particularly when you have a dinghy like your '21 Ranger.
Anti-sway bars act as a brace between the frame of your motorhome, and are better constructed with higher-strength, thicker steel than OEM sway bars. This means they are stronger with much higher roll stiffness to combat sway. I recommend starting with a rear anti-sway bar because the placement at the rear of your motorhome allows for the greatest improvement in handling. The correct fit for your '09 Sunova on a Workhorse W18 chassis is the following:
- Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1259-118
If you want the best possible handling upgrade, you can further improve the ride by adding a front anti-sway bar, which for your rig is the Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1259-115.
