Helpful Expert Reply:
For your 2016 Forest River FR3 Motorhome, I recommend the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs # C13702.
This trailer hitch is a class III hitch that will fit a frame that is 18" - 51" wide, has a maximum towing capacity of 5,000lbs, a maximum tongue weight 500-lbs, and will work great with your Honda CR-V.
However, I recommend checking with the manufacturer for the towing capacity of your RV, and compare the rating between the maximum towing capacity hitch, then utilize the lower rating between the RV and hitch.
