I appears that the Replacement Tube Key for Diversi-Tech Locks and Ball Mounts # DTKEYR3320 (NLA) has been discontinued and is no longer available.

Instead, you'll have to re-key your locks with the Re-Keying Kit for DTLBM and DTALBM Series Self-Locking Aluminum Ball Mounts # DTLBM02RK.
