The Bulldog Square Jack you referenced, part # BD182400, is a weld-on single speed jack rated at 10,000-lbs lift capacity. This jack can be used with a single-speed power drive kit, part # BD1824200100.
For two-speed operation you will need a jack with a two-speed planetary gearbox, such as Bulldog 2-Speed Jack, part # BD183401. With this jack you can use powered-Drive Kit # BD1824180100 but please note that my contact at Bulldog advised that when using the power drive kit on this jack you can operate the motor at only one speed. The jack can be operated at two speeds only with manual crank operation.
Also please note that use of the power drive kit reduces the lift capacity of the jack from 10,000 lbs to 7,500 lbs. My contact at Bulldog confirmed that there is no other higher-rated motor kit available for this jack.
He advised that based on your quoted 13,900-lb GVW the 7500-lb lift capacity of the power drive kit is still be more than adequate for the weight of your trailer. He advised that typically the tongue weight of a slant trailer is 25% of the gross weight, so you would be well within the safe operating range for the jack and motor.
