Can I Leave the # NOC88VR Plugged in to Maintain a Charge?

Can the NOCO jump start unit be left plugged into a usb port to maintain a full charge?

While you technically can leave the NOCO Boost X Jump Starter - LED Work Light - 2 USB Ports # NOC88VR plugged into a USB port to maintain full charge, NOCO recommends unplugging the unit when not in use. I also confirmed with NOCO that they recommend not leaving the unit plugged in over a week at a time. Doing so can decrease the available charge of the battery.
