Since the PullRite 2700 is an ISR (Industry Standard Rail) series it will fit on the Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP56034-53 that you referenced, as well as many other ISR base rail kits.

This rail kit has custom-fit brackets that will allow you to skip drilling into the frame of your 2017 Ford F-150 to slide the mounting bolts through and instead use the factory holes in your frame. This will save you a ton of time and will make the installation much less of a hassle to complete. I've attached a video below to help walk you through the installation.

One other item I'd highly recommend is an in-bed 7-way connection to ease the process of plugging in your 5th wheel once it's hooked up. If you do not already have this then I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector # 118283. This is going to plug in-line with your factory 4 or 7-way and run up to the bed for an easy installation.
