Does the Fit Kit THKIT3093 Mount to My Fixed Points on My 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport?

Hello, Im interested in crossbars for my 2022 mitsubishi outlander ES, without roof rails. The product description is this: Thule AeroBlade Edge Roof Rack - Fixed Mounting Points/Flush, Factory Side Rails - Aluminum - Black Fit Kit for Thule Podium-Style Roof Rack Feet - 3128 Ive had difficulty finding pictures of these installed on a 2022. Can you tell me if these mount to the fixed points, without using clips that extend down towards the top of the window frame, or not? Also, I gather I would remove a portion of the moulding that covers up the mount points, on the roof, then cut it to fit? Thanks for any info you can give!

I can definitely help you out! I went ahead and confirmed with the instructional manual of the Thule Fit Kit - 3128 # THKIT3128 that these mount directly into the fixed mounting points on your 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander (Sport models only). There are no door jamb clips included in this setup. I went ahead and attached photos from the instructions for your convenience. It is also important to note that the # THKIT3128 is only confirmed to fit your fixed mounting points if you purchased your vehicle in Canada only.
If you purchased your vehicle in the U.S., I confirmed with Thule that the correct fit kit for the AeroBlades TH7602B-TH7603B is the Fit Kit for Thule Podium-Style Roof Rack Feet - 3093 # THKIT3093. Like the # THKIT3128, the # THKIT3093 also mounts directly into your fixed mounting points of your Outlander. I went ahead and attached a picture that shows the mounting style as well.
I went ahead and attached a video of the AeroBlades being installed on a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport with fixed mounting points. The installation on your 2022 model is nearly identical.
