Replacement Screws and Wrench Thule Roof Ski Rack Recommendation

Can you tell me the screw size and # . The screw is a little over 1.25 inch without the head. Also need the tamper proof wrench. Moved and can not find,mine. Thule ski rack.

The correct replacement tool you'd need is the part # 853-5270-02 as well.
