We sure do!
According to Curt, their # C13416 Class III hitch you'd looked at fits all models of the 2022 Toyota RAV4, including your Hybrid Limited model.
If you'll be using the hitch for towing, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness, part # C56434. For a ball mount, you'll need the # D-28 along with a # PC3 hitch pin. For a trailer ball, use # 19260 for a 1-7/8 inch or # 63845 for 2 inch ball.
