Light And Power Switches For The MaxxFan Dome Roof Vent
Question:
Does this fan have a built in switch to turn the fan on and off or is a separate switch required? I think I can see the switch for the led light...?

Yes, the MaxxFan Dome Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan - LED Light - 6" Diameter - Manual Lift - White # MA00-03810W has a built in switch that will turn the fan on or off.
The circular light that mounts to it has its own switch to turn it on and off as well. If you watch the product video I have linked you will see at 2 minutes 12 seconds the discussion about the fan switch and following that you will see the operation of the light switch.
I also recommend the Roof Vent Installation Kit - Sealant, Butyl Tape, Screws - White # 344270KITW. This kit will give you what you need to complete the install and set up of the new vent fan.
