What Replacement Axle Will My 1964 Airstream Globetrotter Need

Question:

I have a 1964 Airstream Globetrotter that I am renovating. Im pretty sure that Ill need new axles. Do you carry replacements and, if so, what would you recommend? Also, is axle-less Timbren an option or full axle Dexter recommended?

Yes, we carry replacement trailer axles. In order to get you the correct axle we would need the hub face to hub face measurement on your existing axles, the spring center to spring center measurement, and load capacity. Typically this information is on the axle. If you do not have a standard size axle, axle-less Timbren is an option. For example, something like this Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - Straight Spindle Only - 3,500 lbs, part # ASR3500S05, would work if your axle is rated at 3,500 lbs with a straight spindle.

I have included a product description link, a video review of a Timbren system, and a link to our Timbren Axle-Less offerings. I will also include a diagram that shows the measurements we would need to get you the correct parts for your trailer.
