According to EcoHitch, for a 2019 F350 the install procedure for the Diesel model is very similar to what's shown in the install video for the F250 gas engine model I've linked for you.

The only difference is that the front heat exchanger is relocated using brackets that are supplied with the hitch. This is specifically outlined in the installation instructions. The transmission lines do have enough slack that the exchanger can easily be relocated.
