Will this fit on my 2015 Chevy Silverado 2 wheel drive as I am converting the drive shaft to free tow I was not sure if it made a difference with 2 wheel and 4 wheel

The Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1710 will fit your 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 regardless if it's 2WD or 4WD, so you'll have no issues getting these to fit.
