I'm guessing by your 7K axle rating that your trailer is a tandem, or dual, axle trailer so the individual axles are rated for 3.5K each. The 7K hubs start with a 6 lug bolt pattern and 16" wheels while the 3.5K hubs have that 5 lug bolt pattern and are compatible with up to 15" wheels.

If your individual axles are rated for 3.5K then I recommend the etrailer Idler Hub # AKIHUB-545-35-EZ-K or the etrailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K if your trailer has brakes.

These use inner bearing # L68149, outer bearing # L44649, and have a grease seal with an inner diameter of 1.719". If all of this matches with your current hub (you'll need to pull it and look at these parts) then these are definitely the correct replacements for you.

Attached are installation videos of both parts for you to check out and get an idea of what all is entailed in pulling and replacing a hub.
