5 on 5 inch Bolt Pattern Hub and Brake Assembly for Trailer with Hub 008-256-07
Question:
No, I want to have all 4 wheels on a 5 lug 5” pattern so I need to change the 4 lug hubs out and need to know what hub you may have that fits that also has the electric brake system. The dexter reference was just to give you an idea of what spindle type I have.

The hub part number you mentioned matches info we have for a 3,500 lb trailer axle hub but there aren't any hubs with a 4 lug bolt pattern for a 3,500 lb axle though. Did you maybe mean a 4 lug bolt pattern for the assembly to the spindle.
