I see. Thanks so much for that information. To answer the question - yes. You will be able to mount the Exposed Racks Roof Rack for Jeep JL, JLU, and Gladiator Hardtop - Square Bars # ER77FR anywhere on the side gutter mounts on the roof of your 4-door 2019 Jeep Wrangler (hard top). You will be able to position them behind the panels so you can remove the panels easily without interference.
