Yes, something like the Lend-a-Hand Extra Large Folding Grab Handle # AM-533 can replace the original grab handle to make it easier to get in and out. The best thing would be to replace the steps with some like the TorkLift GlowStep Revolution Scissor Steps w/ Landing Gear # TLA8003. These steps are designed to telescope all the way to the ground(door height of 25-1/2" - 36"), which makes the first step solid versus the bounce that you will normally feel with retractable steps. You can also add the TorkLift GlowGuide Handrail # TLA7621 which is a much more solid handrail for getting in and out of the camper.

The bathroom will be the harder one to outfit as often times the inside walls have very little structure. You will be able to use accessories that you would find at a local hardware store, but be sure to inspect the walls for any solid structure that you may be able to attach the handles to.
