Hitch for a Ford F-550 Van with Large Drop Needed for Clearance

Hello, I was wondering if you could help me with finding a suitable class 3 level hitch for a F-550 van. I have added a photo for clarity Thanks!

I have an option for you. After looking at your picture, it looks like the biggest issue is going to be having enough drop to clear the bumper. Given that scenario, I do not believe that a custom fit hitch is going to work for you. The Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41990-16 is going to be the best route. This is not a class III hitch, but it still has the 2" receiver opening a class III hitch has so you will still be able to use any class III accessories with this hitch.
The Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41990-16 will fit frames up to 44" wide, which your frame is well within. The main thing here is that the hitch has up to 16" of drop, which is going to provide you the clearance you are needing. The mounting brackets can be cut down to the size you are needing and then welded on by a qualified fabricator.
