It sounds like you need the Thule tracks and a fit kit for your 2019 GMC Sierra 2500. We do sell the tracks, but the fit kits for the Thule Tracker Foot, TH430, have been discontinued. The Thule Roof Mounted Top Rack System - 60" Long, part # THTB60, is the track system for your truck canopy.

You can still use the Thule bars, if they have a channel on the bottom, and go with the following:

Rapid Podium Feet for Thule Crossbars - Fixed Point - Qty 4, part # TH460R
Fit Kit for Thule Podium-Style Roof Rack Feet - 3101, part # THKIT3101

You would attach them to this Thule foot with the Thule fit kit. You will have to drill holes in your truck canopy for this to work. If you still have the Thule One Key System Lock Cores, they will work with the Podium feet. If you do not have crossbars with a channel on the bottom of the bars, the crossbars you need are the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 60" Long - Qty 2, part # TH711520.

I have included product description links a video of this rack being installed on a 2019 GMC Yukon, and a video demo link below.
