For your 2021 Mazda CX-5, we have the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH35MR. This is a completely hidden hitch that, when installed, is completely hidden behind the rear bumper.
This hitch as is, is not intended for towing and only meant to be used with hitch mounted accessories. If you'd like to use this hitch to tow, you'll need the Towing Kit w/ Ball Mount and Trailer Wiring for Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH25MR.
This hitch has a maximum towing weight of 3,500-lbs, comes with a 4 flat trailer wiring harness, and a 2" hitch ball, giving you everything you need for a complete set-up.
I recommend consulting your vehicles owners manual for the maximum towing capacity and compare the capacities between the hitch and vehicle, and use the lower rating between the two.
