Helpful Expert Reply:
For the LT275/70R18 tire size on your 2011 Chevy Silverado the Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains # PW3029C you were looking at would be a great Class S compatible fit. These tire chains feature rugged steel wiring covered with case hardened steel rollers for traction and are recommended for occasional use. They are easy to install and comply with all DOT specifications. Glacier Multi-Arm Rubber Adjusters # PW105 are recommended to go along with this chains for a nice secure fit.
If you're interested in a more premium style tire chain with an easy installation then I recommend the Konig Snow Tire Chains # KON44FR. These sturdy, rust-resistant tire chains have D-shaped links for excellent traction in snow and ice and feature built-in rubber tensioners to make installation a breeze.
I've included some videos below to help offer you a better idea of the installation of both of these chains since more than likely you'll be outside trying to put these on in the cold and would like the quickest and simplest option available.
