Parts Needed To Install Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller On 2003 Toyota Tundra

Does the RED24FR,3040-s come with a complete harness to install to a 2003 Toyota tundra? or do I have to use butt splices to hook 2 separate harness together? My truck has factory tow package.

The Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller part # RED24FR is a fit for a 2003 Toyota Tundra using the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers part # 3040-P and Redarc Tow-Pro Wiring Adapter for Tekonsha Brake Controller Harness part # 331-TPH-017 which makes for a no splice, plug and play installation. There is another hardwire option but this one is best for ease of install.
