Question:
looking at the GVCWR on the motorhome it looks like it will be able to tow my trailer, but i cannot find a hitch with an 8000# rating for it. my trailer loaded weighs 7000#

From what I could find, your 2004 Safari Simba 34SBD will be rated to 4,000 pounds towing. This will be due to the powertrain and capacity of the frame. With that said, you may be able to use the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Cross Tube # 41990 paired with the 7" Weld-On Bracket Kit # 4907 or 16" Weld-On Bracket Kit # 4916, but you will be limited by the lowest rated component. In this case, that will be your RV.
