As your 2021 Toyota 4Runner is lifted, you will indeed need to use spacers when installing a Timbren suspension enhancement system. The correct spacers will depend on if you will be using both rear and front jounces, and I have all options for your 4Runner listed below.
Rear Set Up:
1/2" Bolt
Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System 6,000 lbs # TTORSEQ
Timbren Active Off-Road Bumpstops - Rear Suspension - 6,000 lbs # TABSTORSEQ
Front Set Up:
3/8" Bolt
Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System 1,800 lbs # TTOFTAC4A
Timbren Active Off-Road Bumpstops - Front Suspension - 1,800 lbs # TABSTOF
The two rear systems will both use 1/2" Grade 5 bolts which will need the 1" spacer # TA25723-90AD00, and the two front systems will use 3/8" Grade 8 bolts which will need the 1" Spacer # A25723-90AH00. I mentioned the grade of the bolts as you will need to replace them with longer ones. The bolts that come with these systems will not be long enough to accommodate a spacer.
