Vehicle Wiring Harness Needed When Installing Trailer Hitch Receiver On a 2022 Honda Pilot

I decided to install your hitch e98840 on my 2022 Honda Pilot but I need some help to find the correct wiring harness. Can you tell me which harness I need?

With the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98840 going onto your 2022 Honda Pilot you will need to decide what kind of towing you may be doing.
The Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118760 will give you a 4-way flat connector. This is most commonly used with smaller trailers that do not have brakes or separate batteries that require a vehicle charge. It can also be used with Auxiliary Lights # C53201 on cargo carriers or bike racks that impair the view of the tail lights on your Pilot. The Curt Easy Mount Bracket # C58001 will allow you to secure the 4-way to the end of the receiver.
The Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118286 will give you a 7-way connector. This is most commonly found on larger trailers that require a trailer brake controller. A Curt Easy Mount Bracket # C58000 can be used to secure the 7-way connector to your receiver.
If your trailer will have brakes the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED24FR is the controller I recommend. This will fit nicely on your dash with the Mounting Panel # 331-TPSI-001 into one of the empty switch housings on your Pilot. You will need the Wiring Harness # RED69FR to wire in the brake controller.
