Do I Need a Sliding Hitch or a Fixed Hitch for My 2022 Chevy Silverado 3500 Short Bed with OEM Prep?

I have a 2022 chevy silverado 3500 with a short bed and oem prep. Do you guys suggest a fixed or slinding hitch for my 2020 Grand design reflection?

We here at etrailer always recommend a sliding fifth-wheel hitch for a short-bed truck like your 6-3/4 ft. bed on your 2022 Chevy Silverado 3500. This is no exception with the 2020 Grand Design Reflection. For a great sliding hitch for your setup, I definitely recommend the Demco Hijacker - 18K # DM8550034 or the 21K # DM8550035. Since the Hijacker comes with an automatic slider, you do not have to exit the comfort of your truck in order to make manual adjustments for turns. Another great feature of the Hijacker is the single jaw that provides an overall better connection and quieter ride than sliding jaw hitches.
To complete the installation, both of these hitches require the Demco Rail Adapter # DM6333.
