Troubleshooting the Gauge Light on the Firestone Air Command Remaining on with the Ignition Off
Question:
I purchased and installed the ride by air helper springs light duty and also the Level Command II WR1-760-2158. Everything works great except for one thing I cant figure out the backlight on the level command PSI gauge will never shut off its all more than the engine is turned on or off can you please help?thank you.

I reached out to the manufacturer about your question regarding the light on the Firestone Air Command I - Analog Gauge # F2158 always remaining on. The manufacturer informed me that the light is tied into a circuit that is not an ignition activated circuit. They stated that if you wanted the light to toggle on and off with the ignition you would just need to find a wire that is toggled on and off with the ignition.
