Recommended Trailer Wiring Harness For A 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe With The Factory Towing Package

Hello. We got the Draw-Tite DT25MR hitch from you guys a few weeks ago for our 2022 Santa Fe. We were originally just going to be using it with my bike rack, but new plans may be in the works. We are looking at possibly getting a small camper to tow behind it and I was hoping I could get a recommendation for the wiring. We aren't looking at anything too large and the one we are debating on has a 4 pole connector on it. What do you suggest? I was told this has a factory rowing package when it was purchased so I wanted to make sure we got the right one. Thanks for any help.

The wiring harness I recommend for your 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe is the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # CU94FR. This will be a quick plug and play harness due to that factory towing package and I have found Curt harnesses to be the best our of all the brands we currently carry. This will be perfect for a small camper without brakes and it will get all the lights up and running properly.

There are two other things that I recommend along with this harness though. The No-Drill Mount # 18140 will attach to the cross tube of the hitch you have installed, and then the Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat # 18144 will attach to that. This gives you a much more secure place to mount the 4 Flat plug once you get it installed. Though not completely necessary, it does make for a cleaner install.
