How High Should The Reese Friction Sway Control Kit 83660 Be Adjusted?

Pro Series 83660 ive seen people use this on there 5x8foot and 6x12foot enclosed harley hauling trailers...whats the friction brake setting for these smaller trailers?

As all trailers and vehicle pulling them are different and will handle sway differently as well, there is not a setting on the Reese Friction Sway Control Kit # 83660 that can accurately be recommended. The only way to know the best setting for you will be to try it and adjust it as needed. Depending on how the trailer is loaded, this can be a very low setting, or a very high setting if there is still a lot of sway occurring. In extreme cases I have seen people run these on both side of the coupler, but that is pretty rare to have to do.
