Will a rightline tent fit a 2018 Ram 1500 6.4 bed that has a Rugged Liner E series hard trifold tonneau cover? I’d like to fold the tonneau cover up and use the tent over it. Is that possible? Thanks for your help.

The Rightline Truck Bed Tent - Waterproof - Sleeps 2 - For 6.5' Standard Beds # RL110730 straps down to the outside of the bedrails so you will be able to use it without removing your Rugged Liner E Series Tonneau Cover. You'll be able to install the tent and then simply fold the cover back just like you were wanting to.

Yes the Rightline Truck Bed Tent part #RL110730 that you referenced does fit the truck bed setup you have on your 2016 GMC Sierra short bed. It would fit over the bed rails and the rail system of your cover and tool box would not be an issue at all.
