The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C89UR will not interfere with the backup camera on your 2021 Toyota Venza. The camera is located just above the license plate on the rear of your vehicle, and the hitch mounts below the rear bumper. I have attached a picture below showing the receiver tube below the bumper. Based on this picture you wouldn't even be able to see it on the backup camera.
The # C89UR is a custom fit Class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a concealed cross tube so only the receiver will be visible at the back of your vehicle, helping to maintain a factory look. It has a maximum gross trailer weight of 3,500 lbs and tongue weight of 525 lbs. This hitch comes with a gloss black powder coat finish and a limited lifetime warranty.
If you plan on doing some towing you will also need wiring. I recommend the Curt # C57ER. This wiring harness plugs into existing wiring, providing you with a 4-way connection to power your trailer's signal lights.
For a ball mount, check out the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. This kit has two ball mounts, one with a 3/4" rise or 2" drop and the other with a 2-3/4" rise or 4" drop. It also comes with a 1-7/8" and 2" ball and a ball mount bag to store everything in.
