The best way to determine which dust cap will work for your 2013 Outback trailer is to measure the inner diameter of the hub where the dust cap presses in. This measurement will have to be precise because dust caps come in many different sizes. I recommend using a dial caliper or another precise measuring tool.
Once you have the inner diameter, simply select the dust cap that has the same or a slightly larger outer diameter. For example, if the inner diameter of the opening of your hub measures 1.98 inches, then you will want the dust cap # DC200L-DCRP that you referenced. I have attached a link to all of our grease caps for you.
Since your current dust cap has a rubber seal, you likely have EZ Lube spindles. Be sure you choose a dust cap that has the same rubber seal. If you want to send me the inner diameter of your hub, I will be happy to make a more specific recommendation.
