Trailer Valet RVR5 Remote-Controlled Trailer Dolly & Exposed Elements
Question:
can the trailer valet stay outside exposed to the elements or brought under cover after each use?

Expert Reply:
While the Trailer Valet RVR5 Remote-Controlled Trailer Dolly, # TVRVR5 is a well built unit it is also heavy in electronics and you should avoid getting this wet by leaving in the exposed elements.
I suggest you consider the Trailer Valet XL Trailer Dolly with Chain Drive, # TVXL2. While I still would place a cover over this when not being used, it can be stored outside. This functions well with the supplied hand crank but you do have the option of using a drill to convert this to a powered dolly.
