Troubleshooting A MaxxAir MaxxFan Deluxe Lift Operator That Continues To Run After Fully Open

My Maxxair lid continues to try to open after it is completely open and clicks continuisly. All other functions work properly. Do I need to replace the operator mechanism? Thank you

Because you stated all other functions are properly working I do recommend first replacing the Operator Mechanism # MA10-20281K-1AF as this is most likely the cause of this issue and is the cheaper part to replace. If this does not solve the issue then it's the circuit board thinking that the unit isn't fully open and is still sending the signal to the operator to open. The circuit board can be replaced with # MA10A21275K.
