I have lost my keys to this carrier, and was wondering if there is replacement available for it. The lock has a #2808 on it no letters.

Yes, you will need Thule Replacement Key # THKEYN2808. Thule replacement keys are confirmed to work on Sears Cargo 20-SV boxes and this would be the correct key for your key number.
