Will The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Fit the 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan SE?

I want to make sure that the e34zr hitch will fit my 2022 VW Tiguan SE. Can you confirm that I will be able to use this hitch?

Yes, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e43ZR is confirmed to fit your 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan SE. It does fit all trim models of your Tiguan and will not require any drilling or modification to be installed.
I recommend installing the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118811 when you install the receiver. It will be easier to route the 4-way out the vehicle and around the hitch while you already have the vehicle positioned to install the receiver. I recommend using the Mounting Brackets # 18140 and # 18144 to secure the 4-way connector to your receivers cross tube. This way the connector is secure and you are not drilling into the vehicles bumper.
