Thanks for the photos, and based on them we do have what you need, which are over-the-hub disc brakes. The only thing you will need to verify is that you have a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern on your hub; it looks like you do but you'll want to be sure by measuring from the center of your hub's wheel stud hole to the farthest edge of the opposite stud.

If that measures 4-1/2 inches you have a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern. I have also added a link below to a printable bolt hole template. Assuming you do have that bolt pattern, since you also have a 4-bolt brake mounting flange, the correct disc brake kit is the following:

- Kodiak Disc Brake Kit - 10" Rotor - 5 on 4-1/2 - Dacromet - 3,500 lbs # K2R35D

You will also need a brake line kit, like you mentioned, the Kodiak Hydraulic Brake Line Kit - Single Axle - 15 foot # 15SI-BLKIT or 18 foot # 18SI-BLKIT.

And while you mentioned a grease cap, that is not needed with an over-the-hub disc brake kit; the only other thing you might need if you don't have one is a surge brake actuator designed for disc brakes. Since you have an A-frame the only options we offer for that are the weld-on Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator - 12,500 lb capacity # DM8105422 or 20,000 lb capacity # DM8205222, which will also require the Coupler # DM05823-95.
