I reached out to Dexter and even with your axle tag they do not have any information on your axle since the it was ordered as a beam. In order to find if the Bearing Kit, 15123/ 25580 Bearings, 10-36 Seal # BK3-100 is the correct replacement, you will need to remove your hubs and either find the part numbers on your existing bearings and seal or take some measurements.

The part numbers should be stamped in the side of the bearings. It is, however, possible that they have worn off. If that is the case, you will need to take some measurements using a digital caliper like the # PTW80157. You can either measure the inner diameter of your bearings and seal or measure the spindle where they ride.

If you send me these measurements, I would be happy to help you find the correct bearings. I have attached a helpful diagram showing where the part numbers are typically located and where to measure for your reference. I also included a link to all of our bearings and seals that can be filtered by diameter or part number that you can check out.
