Does Demco Air Force One Supplemental Braking System Draw Power When Breakaway Pin is Pulled
Question:
The instructions in my owners manual for towing my 21 Traverse state that I should disconnect the neg battery connection before towing. Will the break-away switch on my Air Force One work with the battery ground disconnected?

The breakaway system of the Demco Air Force One Supplemental Braking # DM26VR does not draw power to operate so it would not be affected if the vehicle battery was disconnected. This actually has an air tank it uses in the event the pin gets pulled.
