Fifth Wheel Rail Kit for 2018 Ram 3500 Short Bed without Fifth Wheel Rail Kit

Hi there- Looking to get a rail kit for my Ram... I was told to look for industry standard rails.inch Along with that, was wondering if there are different brackets that attach directly to the frame? If so, what are the differences between them? Is there any worry if I have airbags installed? Thank you!

We do have industry standard fifth wheel rail kits that fit your 2018 Ram 3500 short bed without the OEM rail kit with the Reese part # RP56010-53 which would allow you to use a fixed hitch like the Reese slider part # RP30051. This is a custom install kit which is going to install much easier than the other style which is universal and not require frame drilling. There are air bag kits that fit your truck like the Air Lift # AL57595 which are perfectly compatible with fifth wheel rail kits but without knowing which specific kit you have it's hard to say for certain.
