I am assuming you are talking about a hitch-mounted cargo carrier. As far as fitment, as long as you have enough shank length to clear the rear bumper and a compatible hitch receiver, you will be able to fit a cargo carrier on your 2021 Nissan NV200.

If you are looking for a carrier that will allow you to open your rear doors, we also have those as well. For that route, I recommend the Yakima EXO Swing Away Enclosed Cargo Carrier - 2" Hitches - 10 cu ft - 100 lbs
Item # Y62VR. The door may touch the side of the carrier but it will allow the doors to open. One concdern is the distance between the center of the front-position pinhole is 4-1/2 inches to the closest part of the carrier. This means that you will need less than 1-1/2 inches from the center of the hitch pinhole to the outside face of your rear bumper for bumper clearance.

If you are looking for a non-covered option that will swing away, I recommend the Yakima EXO SwingBase with GearWarrior Cargo Carrier - 2" Hitches - 60" x 23" # Y72VR. For this option, you will need cam buckle straps like the etrailer straps # E98876-4 to secure your cargo.

If you need a hitch receiver, I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-E-Loader Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75898. Even though we do not have an exact distance from the center of the pinhole to the outside surface of the bumper, we do have a photo that shows the closeness of the hitch to the bumper on an NV200. The Draw-Tite will give you 525 of maximum tongue weight. I recommend that you confirm with your owner's manual whether your 2021 Nissan NV200 can accommodate that much weight.
