B&W Gooseneck Hitch for 2017 Ram 2500 with a Hillsboro Flatbed

Have a 2017 Ram 2500 with a Hillsboro flatbed. Flatbed has a door. There is no gooseneck ball or other mounting hardware installed. What kit do I need to get this set up to tow a gooseneck?
