A great option for tire chains that fit your 2015 Toyota Tundra with 285/65R18 tires would be Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains # TC2327. These chains work well in snow and ice and are class s compatible, meaning the links are thin enough to not cause any clearance issues inside the wheel well. Keep in mind you will also want to grab a set of rubber adjusters to keep the chains tight; the Titan Chain Multi-Arm Rubber Tire Chain Adjuster # TCMA2 would work well.

Also, the online owner's manual for your truck states that chains should only be installed on the rear tires, so you will want to take that into consideration. I attached a couple demonstration videos for you to check out.
