Ways To Increase Ground Clearance On a Fun Finder 189FB Travel Trailer
Question:
The axles have been flipped and still ride quite low. What can I do to get more clearance without getting bigger tires? The trailer sits high enough but the axles defeat that

As you have already done an Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-384-00 on your Fun Finder 189FB there is a couple more ways that you can get some more height from your suspension.
First you can look at using taller spring hangers. I was unable to get any dimensions for your current hangers but we do have the Front/Center/Rear Hanger for Double-Eye Springs # E4139 that is 4-1/4" from the top of the hanger to the center of the spring bolt hole.
You can also look at the Lippert Center Point # LC1565391. While this is primarily designed to improve your ride quality for the trailer it will also raise the suspension 2" to get the additional clearance that you need. This kit will work with axles up to 8,000lbs and will dramatically improve your towing experience.
With all the additional lift you will have you will likely need to look at changing out your steps. Be sure to look at the different TorkLift GlowSteps that I have linked below as these telescopic steps will extend to the ground giving you much better steps for getting into your Fun Finder.
Be aware by adding more lift to your Fun Finder it will increase the risk of your camper tipping as your center of gravity is being raised.
