The Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM77ZR are a fit for a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland. If this is your model then yes they will fit. If you have a 2021 Jeep Cherokee Overland then you'll want the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521451-5 instead.

The Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-154 is compatible with all 2021 Jeep models so you will be able to use this diode kit to use your Jeep Cherokee's tail lights and wiring system while preventing feedback from your RV. Depending on the port you have on your RV you may have a 4-wire or 7-wire. If you have a 7-wire round port then you'll need the Hopkins Heavy-Duty Trailer Coiled Wire Adapter for 7-Way to 4-Wire Flat # HM47065 to connect the 4-wire plug on your Jeep to the 7-wire round port on your RV.

The Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522 is a great tow bar and features a non-binding design and large hookup radius to make connecting and disconnecting on any terrain super easy. It will work with both of the direct-connect style base plates listed above.

To flat tow your Jeep you'll also need a braking system and safety cables. I have the following recommendations for you below:

Braking System: Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # HM39524. This system offers intense, emergency braking or steady, smooth braking in a single portable system. Easily switch between proportional or full braking using the remote, conveniently from your RV. The included charge line kit will prevent your Jeep's battery from draining while you tow.

Safety Cables: RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables - 6,000lbs # RM-643. The coiled design of these cables will help prevent them from dragging on the ground and being damaged.

You may also need a high/low adapter to keep your tow bar level while flat towing. This will require you to do some measuring so I've attached our help guide article that will walk you through determining the correct adapter for your needs.
