Yes, the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount, part # HLY84FR, can be used on a motorhome with a dual hitch receiver. The use of a dual hitch receiver will not reduce the maximum tongue weight of the hitch receiver that is used for flat towing a vehicle, but it will reduce the maximum tongue weight of the 2nd hitch receiver by 50%. This means that the weight of your bike rack added to the weight of the bikes you are carrying cannot exceed the reduced tongue weight.
